• Involved in recruitment (technical and non-technical) by preparing job descriptions, Headhunting, posting ads on job portals and managing the hiring process 
  • Lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. 
  • Preparing correspondences to forward to management regarding of suitable applicants and drafting email. 
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties


  • Masters in HR with minimum 3 years of experience. 
  • Expertise in HR Operations and Payroll Management.
  • Candidate must have excellent practical exposure of MS Tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Retail background will be a plus for this position.
  • Practical exposure of Recruitment & Selection in an effective & efficient manner.
