Our core expertise includes Geographical Information System (GIS) based project, socio-economic impact assessment, data collection, research studies and feasibilities etc. R2V has been working with organizations in the public, private, social and government sector. Our resource pool comprises of dedicated and qualified professionals who specialize in project management, research, training and capacity building amongst other technical and non-technical knowledge areas.
We are currently looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team for running various projects of the company.
Responsibilities
He/she will be assisting senior management in coordination of all on-going projects, help in organization related tasks, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and be part of proposal making, bid submission and related presentations. Project coordinator role will also include making Project Management Plans in consultation with the team, be involved in execution of the Project Plans, keeping track of the Projects performance and carrying out an efficient M&E role. The hired resource is expected to provide necessary support to all the projects and should be able to travel if and when required for the projects.
Requirements
• Bachelors/Masters/PMP in Project Management.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Proven work experience as a project administrator
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
