Manufacturing Industry based in Karachi is looking for HR and Administration Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support our team. This position requires a high degree of analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be skilled in using MS Office and Excel.
  • Track and process invoices, expenses, and financial records.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide support to clients, customers, and internal staff.
  • Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Handle HR inquiries and enforce policies.
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task along with knowledge of accounting & MS Office to generate Excel worksheets and Documents.
