The Head of Functional Analysts will lead a team of functional analysts and will report to the CTO of the organization. This person will own the product roadmap and define the roadmap based on the product vision and market drivers. Will partner-up with Head of Development to define an execution plan that delivers business value iteratively while keeping in mind the market and time factors.
This is a hands-on roll where the person in this role is expected to contribute to and lead the functional design discussions and preforms reviews and ensures that the functional requirements align with the business goals and strategy.
In addition to the technical and execution leadership of the team, the Head of Development has full managerial responsibility and oversight for a team of Software Engineers, including the full employee lifecycle, performance, and career management.
