Raahi is seeking reliable and responsible Bike Riders to join our team. As a Bike Rider, you will be the face of the company, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. You must possess excellent route navigation and map reading abilities to efficiently plan and follow the best routes. Time management skills are essential to meet delivery schedules while maintaining high-quality service standards. The role requires using a smart phone for communication and navigation purposes, and you must have your own motor bike for transportation. This position does not involve managing a team, but it demands strong individual discipline and accountability.
Responsibilities
Plan and follow efficient routes using maps and navigation tools to ensure timely delivery of items.
Manage your delivery schedule effectively to complete all assigned deliveries within the allocated time frames.
Maintain your smart phone and motor bike in good working condition to support smooth delivery operations.
Communicate promptly with dispatch and customers regarding delivery statuses or any unforeseen delays.
Adhere to traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of goods being delivered.
Handle items carefully during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
Report any issues encountered during delivery, including vehicle malfunctions or route challenges, to the management team.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain requisite signatures or proof of delivery as needed.
Represent Raahi professionally by exhibiting courteous and respectful behavior toward customers at all times.
