We are hiring Call Center Representatives on basic salary and also on contract and commission basis. Males and Females both can apply all we need from you is motivation and honesty towards work. Free training will be provided with a certification. We Work only 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday)
In this Job Employee will just trigger the interest of customer to the Company's offer, Its not a sale Job.
Skills we need
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs.
Systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus
