Salary: PKR. 45,000 - 80,000/Month (+ bonus)

About You
We're looking for someone who is full of energy, target driven, focused, wants to earn bonus and grow in their career.
You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with customers on an automatic dialing system, the customers you will speak to are looking for a loan.
- Follow script and complete loan process and then identify clients for financial planning.
- Organizing leads and keeping data clean and up to date in our CRM system.
Must-have Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience using CRM is a plus.
Must Be/Have
- Strong command of the English language/Grammar, written, spoken & listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Good analytical skills with an appetite for learning.
- Excellent interpersonal/Organizational skills and confidence level to communicate with international customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to perform under pressure, quality conscious with attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to think outside the box and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to self-motivate to meet targets and deadlines.
- Should be proactive and aim to earn high bonuses.

- This is an on-site opportunity in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Shift timings:
This job is for full-time employment during Pakistan Standard Time from
Monday to Thursday 3:00PM - 12.30PM.
Friday 4:00PM - 10:00PM.
Saturday 3:00PM - 9:00PM (rotational).
