We sell Do-It-Yourself technology upgrades and services all over the world. Shape Solutions is a small team of enthusiasts located in Pakistan, Poland, the USA, and Dubai who joined forces to build a strong and internationally recognized company.
Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Creating backend applications for insurance agents
- Participation in designing new solutions as part of expanding the platform for agents
What’s required:
- 3+ years’ experience in a lead developer role on projects using PHP (Symfony Framework is preferred).
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT.
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and MVC design patterns.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- Professional and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, switching between multiple projects over the course of a workday.
