- Monitor production status of all programs by season and ensure on time delivery.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher Productivity,
- Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
- Establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirement.
- Inspection test status, taking corrective and preventive action.
- Controlling nonconforming products at intermediate and final stages of production
- Analyzing product and process performance form measurement process to identify area for improvement
- Coordinate with buyer & merchant.
- Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines
- Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the production unit for garments by ensure optimum utilization of men, machines and materials to yield high productivity
