- Grade the patterns from first pattern.
- Check the shrinkage of fabric & adjust patterns as per shrinkage
- Check Patterns & fabric shrinkage before Cutting.
- Run the samplings depart & follow up the all kinds of samplings
- Study Client files, details & requirements
- Study & Review Client Comment on approvals
- Arrange Pre-Production Meetings
- Coordinate with Merchandisers and production regarding customer requirements
- Recommended technical/Sewing techniques to production staff during in line reviews if and when needed
- Conduct Pre-Final & Final inspections if needed
- Check Samples from approval to Shipment Samples
- Ready to take other assignments related to sampling department
- Any other work assigned by the management
