We are an ACCA approved Accounting Firm providing Accounting & Financial services to our clients based in Pakistan & Abroad. We are looking for an Accounts /Management Trainee based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad
It is a 3-month paid trainee program that can potentially be converted into full-time employment based on performance.
Qualifications: B.Com/BBA/ACCA Student or Affiliate / M.Com / MBA or relevant degree.
Experience: 1-3 year experience.
Job type: Full time (This is a training opportunity leading towards a permanent job).
Training duration: 3 months
What will you learn:
- Able to perform & Review daily bank reconciliations and related reporting.
- Able to understand, record, prepare and review Insurance & loan entries.
- Able to supervise daily transactions data and related reporting.
- Able to record Manage Inventory Working
- Able to analyze & follow Payables & Receivables.
- Learn how to use RAK's Accounting Software and its working & reporting tools.
- Learn about the structure of our company, it's departments and their working.
- Learn how to do Management & Financial Reporting
After completion of three months period, the successful candidates will be placed in one of the departments of company on full-time employment basis.
Job Description:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations
- Must have proven knowledge of full financial cycle, month-end, year closing
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and all other financial reports.
- Ability to achieve deadlines and can ensure management reporting
- Solving team inquiries, guiding them through difficult scenarios, and handling issues that cannot be handled by teams.
- Leading team meetings for training & improvement purposes. Monitoring & managing daily working & progress of assigned team.
- Support the higher management where needed.

- Flexibility to work on “Late stay and holiday working” policy.
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
