We are an ACCA approved Accounting Firm providing Accounting & Financial services to our clients based in Pakistan & Abroad. We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Officer based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Qualifications: Bachelors / M.Com / MBA or relevant degree.
Experience: 1 - 3 years relevant experience.

Job Description:
- Ensure proper Invoicing to Customers as per agreement.
- Ensure timely receipt of Revenue from Clients
- Running Payroll of Employees
- Reporting Cash Flow of Company.
- Manage Office Support Staff.
- Manage Petty Cash as per rules and regulations.
- Guardian of Office Assets – Building, equipment, furniture, and communication facilities.
- Assist Higher Management in Management of Internal Payables of Company
- Keep Internal Accounting UpToDate.
- Prepare Reports for Higher Management Regarding Financial Insight.
- Manage Payment of Utility Bills, Cash Deposits, Bank Withdrawals and Procuremens.
- Any Other Task assigned by Higher Management.

- Ethical and professional behaviour.
- Be proactive and eager to contribute and learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on “Late stay and holiday working” policy.
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
Sat & Sun Off.
