Amazon Assistant Responsibilities
- FBA Inventory Management - Order fulfillment tasks such as sending in FBA inventory, downloading Amazon barcodes for each unit, downloading shipping labels, tracking the shipments, checking units received, checking how many units are in FBA.
- Product listing creation including content writing and optimization (SEO tasks)
- Creating/modifying high-quality listing images
- Search engine optimization (SEO) - Search engine optimization tasks such as keyword research and SEO optimization to drive relevant traffic, link building to drive growth, and social bookmarking for greater optimization.
- Web Research - Perform web research to give a vital insight into product trends, products that Amazon competitors are selling, and ways it can improve our Amazon strategy.
- Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Ads - Keyword research - Setting up ad campaigns - Creating Amazon buyer personas- Campaign analysis.
- Responding to customer queries, concerns and solve service issues
- Returns and refunds processing.
- Replying on Amazon Product Reviews - Confirm if a product review is compliant with Amazon product review policy (any non-compliant review, which are negative to be requested for removal to Amazon).
- Reply to all product reviews.
