We are looking for a HR Officer to be based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
Job Description:
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
- Following up on the Test/Interview process status.
- Maintaining records related to benefits, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with performance management procedure & preparation of reports.
- Update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Leave & Hours Management.
- Complete Hiring and termination paperwork.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong values with high ethics and integrity.
Job Timing:
- Mon to Fri (10:00 AM to 07:00 PM)
- Sat & Sun Off
