Salary : 5% commission. Seeking a highly motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the sales process by generating leads, engaging potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our products. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, preferably with knowledge of forex trading, and possesses strong skills in lead generation, sales prospecting, and product knowledge. This position offers a commission-based pay structure, providing a rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive on performance-based incentives. You will also lead and manage a dedicated team of seven sales professionals, supporting their development and ensuring sales targets are achieved consistently.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through effective prospecting strategies.
- Engage potential clients by explaining product features, benefits, and market advantages.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and address client inquiries.
- Manage a team of seven sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor progress to achieve or exceed goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to forex trading products and market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional efforts and improve client acquisition.
- Continuously evaluate individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and training needs.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
