Responsibilities:
- Prepare for inspections based on work instructions.
- Conduct product quality inspections in production hall according to schedules.
- Take photos of products, defects, packing, etc during the inspections.
Full knowledge of Quality Control Testing
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all related finished products.
- Reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.
- Monitor the production phase at various levels
- Draft the inspection reports and submit the reports to the head office within time after inspections
- More than 2 years’ experience in engineering / garment / shoes / home textile / furniture inspections
- Familiar with AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
