About the role:
As a Telesales Officer, you should be able to meet sales goals for the company. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and convert them into paid users or customers. You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to probe and handle the opportunities to make an upsell or close a new sale. Being able to connect and empathize with our customers is important to our business, and above that, we care more about the personality, passion, and work ethic of our employees who can blend in an amazing corporate culture and healthy work environment.
What You'll Do:
• Outbound/Cold calls
• Sales Pipeline and Follow-ups
• Handle customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Maintaining documents and organizing client databases over spreadsheets.
• Keep records of customer interactions and customer accounts.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices.

Job Requirements:
• O Levels/Matric or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (American or neutral accent)
• Comfortable with Night Shifts.
