Responsibilities:
- As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex problems.
- Developing and maintaining AI models and systems using Python and popular machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Analyzing and optimizing the performance of AI models to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest AI research and best practices to identify potential areas of improvement and innovation.
- Ensuring that AI systems adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior AI developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Contributing to the development of AI-related documentation, including specifications, user guides, and technical reports.
Requirements:
- A bachelor`s or master`s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI development, with a focus on Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of AI principles, techniques, and algorithms, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with popular AI and machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, and agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or computer vision techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and their AI-related services.A track record of published research or contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
