About the Role:

  • We require the services of an experienced Business Development Manager, Manage sales team and have worked with international clients 

  • Have worked in reputed companies and played as a key team member in business development of enterprise mobility projects,

  • He will be responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying Sales processes and acquiring new business (Mobile Apps Design &

  • Development) through generating new B2B leads and converting inbound leads and by working on different forums.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Full sales lifecycle expertise, Handling the nurturing lead generation.

  • Responsible for setting up the pipeline and driving the revenue growth.

  • Experience in planning & executing Sales Strategy to hunt new opportunities

  • Must be a core sales guy and Should have a Good Quota Number .

  • Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development.

  • T Solution /IT Sales / Mobility based/SAAS/PAAS selling experience preferred.

  • Consistent Inside Sales & Lead Generation activities including regular market research for building a sales funnel with

  • prospective accounts to grow the business

  • Lead identification and qualification.

  • Hunting business growth opportunities within existing accounts, doing up-selling and trying to win new clients. Ensuring client

  • retention and growth.

  • Develop an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth

  • Client support, nurturing and success.

  • Manage and grow document management and business process automation solutions within existing client base. 

  • Conduct consultation discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers to engage them in discovery workshops. 

  • Discover and design technical and marketing requirements to be addressed in sales presentations and demonstrations. 

  • Own and deliver roll-out of new offerings and services to new and existing accounts through sales team meetings. 

  • Responsible for managing the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies

  • and technical approaches, plans. 

  • Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables.

  • Lead Generation

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting the client’s objectives.

  • Coordinate campaign elements within the design, performance tracking, campaign insights

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

  • Identify industry trends.

  • Proactively pitch ideas that aid in enhancing company image.

  • Resolving complaints regarding marketing and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

  • Good sense of handling existing clients

Skills Required:

  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals/contracts.

  • Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales tools.

  • Good sense of handling existing clients

  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively.

Qualification Required:

  • Students and graduates from reputable universities/Candidates with O/A Level background with excellent English will be preferred

Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years experience in international sales and preferably 3 years’ experience in software & hardware solutions.

  • A brag-worthy portfolio

  • Creative, but focused mindset

  • Experience in managing their time and prioritizing their tasks or have done multitasking

Other Requirement:

  • A good laptop with 2 hours battery backup

  • A good headphone

  • Internet with backup internet

  • Electricity backup (Ups/Generator/Others)

  • Dedicated area/separate room for work

Office Timings:

  • Monday to Friday (11:00 PM to 08:00 PM)

  • Saturday (11:00 AM to 03:00 PM)

Salary & Incentives:

  • Market competitive salary will be offered to the right candidates.

  • Attractive Commission/Incentives will be offered on a successful closing deal/s
