Job Description

Supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings etc.

  • Responsible for handling all travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents ensure they remain secure
  • Manage day to day operations
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the director and Head of the department Required Qualification
  • Handling and manage account files
  • Handle & prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Required Experience
  • Undertake any other duties as ordered by the CEO
  • Be efficient and smart to deal with situation
