- Experience in handling the similar job role as defined below:
- Funds management of all bank accounts.
- Liaoning with internal team (sales & procurement) for payments planning and funds management.
- Preparing / entering of daily bank transaction in the bank portal and Accounting system /ERP.
- Preparation of Cheques, RTGS, Transfers, and other bank instructions as and when required.
- Daily Bank Reconciliations of all bank accounts.
- Daily Management Reporting and Confirmation after verification of all cash and bank transactions.
- Daily reporting to respective team for receipt (sales team) and payments (procurement).
- Weekly & Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
- Liaoning with Banks for reconciliations and verifications.
- Handle daily volume of 25 to 50 transactions per day.
- Possess Working experience of more than 2 year preferably in a large manufacturing organization.
- Ability to demonstrate strong control over area of work and in strict deadlines and with quick turnaround time for transaction processing.
- Ability to have clear and effective communication with all stakeholders for amicably handling the job role.
