We are looking for driven and articulate Business Development Executives to join our growing team in an onsite night shift setup. This role is focused on engaging international prospects, generating qualified leads, and directly contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured outbound outreach using company-provided dialers and data to identify potential business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate value propositions.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings to facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date activity tracking within CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and strive to exceed established performance targets and key metrics.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during phone conversations to build rapport and trust.
- Work independently while adhering to company policies and maintaining high reliability during night shifts.
- Collaborate with the sales team by providing timely and qualified leads to enhance conversion rates.
- Demonstrate accountability and consistency in daily tasks to contribute effectively to overall business development objectives.
