We are looking for an IT Network Engineer to develop and maintain a functional and secure network system. In this role, you should have problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture for the following:
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis
- Design and implement new solutions and improve the resilience of the current environment
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, and outages
- Must have expert-level of knowledge on Complex IP Networks, Network Security technologies, data center traffic flow and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in configuring and managing VPN, QoS, firewall policies, and VLANs -Traffic monitoring and analytics such as packet capture analysis
- Contribute to and maintain network standards and Control policies related to networks
- Strong working knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewall and wireless controllers
- Experience in configuring and managing VPN, QoS, firewall policies and VLANs -Traffic monitoring and analytics such as packet capture analysis
- Project level execution of Infrastructure Administration for network implementations.
- Experience with Cisco routers firewalls and switches
- Maintain, install and upgrade switches and firewalls.
- Build, support and maintain the enterprise network, security systems, through the use of routine commands, administration techniques, tools, and utilities.
- Build, support and maintain support documents, standard operating procedures and policies related to the network
- Supports, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all local area network (LAN) related network performance and monitoring applications across networks.
- Proactively troubleshoot, and where necessary assist and provide support to third parties to resolve technical issues.
- Must participate in a 24*7on-call
Applications include: CA NetFlow Analyzer, CA Spectrum, CA Performance Management, and Hands-on Jasper soft, Business intelligence Reports
Qualification Required:
• Minimum Bachelor of Computer Science /IT
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a network administrator/engineer
• Professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Symantec Proxy, NSE4) would be considered an edge.
