Essential Duties and Responsibilities: .

  • Accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Update and manage various documents and records.
  • Assist in arranging office events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Provide general support to managers and team members as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Education and/or Work Experience

Requirements:

  • SSCE/OND/NCE/HND/BSC certification.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Fluency in other native Language will be an advantage
