- Shall implement the sales and market strategies as advised by the senior management.
- Ensure the sales and revenue opportunities are maximized.
- Shall evaluate and advice management about growth opportunities to ensure an effective sales and market coverage.
- Monitor and analyses individual airline sales figures and trends.
- Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices.
- Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed
- Shall advice management about market trends and other insight with a view to improve and address issues pertaining to effective implementation of sale and marketing efforts.
- Shall regularly visit associated travel agencies to develop & maintain relationships to ensure airline is represented promoted and that gaps & business opportunities are closed successfully.
- Shall carry out any duty assigned by Higher Management.
