We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mining Documentation Specialist to manage and oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all necessary documentation with the Ministry of Minerals in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The ideal candidate must be located in Azad Kashmir and possess a strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and procedures involved in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, compile, and review all necessary documentation required for mining permits and licenses.
Liaise with the Ministry of Minerals in Azad Kashmir to ensure timely submission and processing of documents.
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national mining regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation, correspondence, and submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data and information for documentation.
Monitor the status of submitted documentation and follow up with relevant authorities as needed.
Provide regular updates to the management team on the progress of documentation and any potential issues.
Stay informed about any changes in mining regulations and ensure that the company’s documentation processes are up to date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related disciplines).
Prior experience in mining documentation or a similar regulatory role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mining regulations and documentation processes in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be located in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan.
