We are looking for a Finance Manager, that will manage most of the Finance related tasks in our new
organization and set up a system as per our requirements.
Responsibilities
• Will be responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within
and outside the company.
• Control and Manage Payables and Receivables of different clients
• Should be able to manage cash handling.
• Should be able to do daily bank reconciliations
• Manage Proposed Costs vs Actual Costs and Expenses
• Manage Bank Accounts and Keep a track of Bank Statements
• Provide funds with respect to rough cost estimates for new products and services.
• Main responsibility would be to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses
incurred in the month, day, etc.
• Managing daily cash balances;
• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively;
• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow;
• Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and merchant services for business units;
• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors;
• Maintaining cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed;
• Must have all taxation information and knowledge.
Requirements
• Excellent organizational skills.
• He must possess significant computer knowledge and have an expertise in MS Excel and other
computer related skills like database administration, tally, etc.
• Apart from this, he must have in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Aware of the data security act to safeguard the financial assets of the company.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have adequate Qualifications to complete the job
