- Record purchases and maintain the database.
- Process purchasing orders, track orders and investigate problems
- Perform a physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock.
- Well versed with taxes and other financial regulations and procedures
- Well versed with custom duty documents, regulations, and procedures for both air and sea.
- Experience in implementing an inventory tracking system
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting, pre- and post-audits, and budget forecasting.
- Compliance of policies, plans, procedures and regulations which could have significant impact on operations and reports
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information, including accounting records, in order to plan, monitor and report business operations.
- Experience in MS Excel and other inventory management and financial software will be preferred.
