We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and apply them together to create the buildings.
- Manage technical drawings, plans and ensure standardization of Construction Standards.
- Must have experience of high-rise buildings and multistory buildings. Prefab will be a plus.
- Interior design knowledge and working experience will be a plus.
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- To prepare a regular report, keep all site records and documentation.
- To ensure works done by sub-contractors are compliant with all technical requirements and specifications.
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, standards especially health and safety standards.
- To ensure work done are up to quality satisfaction especially finishing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
- To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.
- Monitoring all Vendor / sub-cons’ work progress and dealing.
