Requirements
2-3 years of telemarketing or call center sales experience
Ability to multitask; listening skills and data entry
Must be able to close sales
Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and highly driven
Competitive nature and coachable personality
Excellent American/Canadian accent
Excellent English communication skills & phone etiquette
Positive attitude and ability to work with peers
Responsibilities:
Support of sales processes via phone calls to clients
Introducing the organization’s products or services to clients in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
Carrying out market research on how to address clients
Preparation of sales reports and comparisons of competitors’ offers
