Overall Purpose:
- Responsible for executing the activities of engineering services on medical lab equipments in the region.
- Having knowledge of the organization, the business and after sales service strategies.
- Participates in the development of the service strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Daily Call Plans according to customer call priority.
- Prepare a schedule of preventive maintenance for all key customers of the area and ensure implementation.
- Entertain all service complaints regarding devices in the region.
- Ensure effective coverage of the designated market segments i.e. Hematology, Chemistry, Coagulation and Immunoassay.
- Serves the needs and requirements of the key customers/opinion leaders
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
- Provides key communication linkage among engineering, sales, and other functions.
- Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.
