• Manage, maintain, and update respective records of project approval; project proposals; approval status, and project funding agreement.
  • Receive and maintain records of all documents, requests, invoices, and bills.
  • Under the supervision of respective supervisors’ release the payments as per the requirements.
  • Verify field suppliers, vendors, staff invoices, and daily traveling claims according to policies.
  • Send the updated record of bills to head office for release of payments.
  • Manage respective donor-wise journals and books.
  • Assist respective supervisors in the verification of vouchers.
  • Acquire vouchers from respective supervisors and process them accordingly.
  • Aid and support to respective members in department functions. 
  • Report respective concerns to respective supervisors. 

All other related tasks as assigned by the respective supervisor. 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Project Accounting
  • Grant Management.
  • Financial Reporting 
  • Knowledge about Taxes and Filing
  • Accuracy of deliverables.
  • Efficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
