We are an online retailer in UK looking for a new member to start within our office.
The person will work as part of a team based in UK. We are looking for hard-working ambition punctual; and self-motivated individual who will be able to work on own as well as within a team.
The candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proactive approach as per the nature of the job good knowledge of internet MS excel, MS Word, written and understand English is a must.
Duties and responsibilities
• Reply to customer messages & return cases via email and resolve all issues
• Create new product listings on marketplace channels
• Update & optimize existing product listings
• Update stock level by available spreadsheet
• Product data entry in MS Excel spreadsheet
• Edit and upload product pictures on market place channel
• Research on competitors & pricing
Experience/skill requirements
• Good written English communication skills
• Ics, BSc (IT) O level background is preferable
We will provide training for relevant jobs.
