Ready Web Solution is seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. The candidate will strategize, develop, and implement effective Facebook ad strategies that generate leads and sales for our clients and Ready Web Solution itself. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing Facebook Ads campaigns for businesses in diverse industries, especially for Lead Generation Campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective Facebook Ads strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and retargeting based on a proper strategy.
- Do proper research and develop effective strategies before running campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize ad targeting.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads policies and trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to clients and the management team.
- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facebook Ads management.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Facebook Ads.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Reporting, and Excel.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Facebook Ads is an added advantage.
