Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Bidding & Sound knowledge of IT and web design & development, and Digital Marketing.
  • Quality Bids on either of the Freelance platform (Upwork, or Freelancer)
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
  • Lead generation through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Daily communication with clients & experts in client dealing.
  • Must be good at targeted sales, maintaining a very high rating of the company’s profile on Upwork/Freelancer. Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, keep the client up to date with project progress and milestones, and deliver the project to the client.
  • Communicating on the phone, and chatting using applications such as Zoom/Google Meet/Skype as per the client’s preference.
  • Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with the client(s). Meet the monthly quota of projects and aim to go above and beyond.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. Experience in Lead Generation and Social media Sales.
  • Handle Freelancing profiles and generate business.
  • Be able to coordinate with the Technical team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in establishing, maintaining, and growing Freelance profiles like Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
  • Experience in complete sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong negotiation skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
