Job Description

Daily administration of the front desk duties (handles emails, mails and all incoming calls and transfer to respective individuals/departments).

 Deal with all enquiries professionally.

 Greet and attend to walk-in guests, visitors or clients warmly and with courteous manner.

 Manage daily postal and courier services delivery and pick up arrangement.

 Manage and keep track of bills payments and ensure all bills are process for payment on time.

 Manage payment collection from retailers and hand it to relevant departments.

 Ordering and toping up office stationaries and pantry supplies on a regular basis.

 Ensure office equipment and premises are well maintained by liaising with Building Management team.

 Ensure reception areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.

 Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
