Daily administration of the front desk duties (handles emails, mails and all incoming calls and transfer to respective individuals/departments).
Deal with all enquiries professionally.
Greet and attend to walk-in guests, visitors or clients warmly and with courteous manner.
Manage daily postal and courier services delivery and pick up arrangement.
Manage and keep track of bills payments and ensure all bills are process for payment on time.
Manage payment collection from retailers and hand it to relevant departments.
Ordering and toping up office stationaries and pantry supplies on a regular basis.
Ensure office equipment and premises are well maintained by liaising with Building Management team.
Ensure reception areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
