We are looking for a Real Estate Sales OfficerSales
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers, prospective customers and 3rd party agents to generate sales.
- Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting the right property for to suit their needs.
- Networks, prospects and generates sales leads
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Follows up on sales leads with potential customers
- Works closely with the Social Media Marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market
After Sales
- Provides after sales support to customers including following up for the due payment as required.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Market Knowledge
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.
- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales ONLY in the real estate/ property sector
- Excellent knowledge of property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences, and current trends
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Societies like DHA/ Bahria Town/ Sui Gas/ State Life etc.
