We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is to take on the responsibility / management of key client projects with the goal of delivering the ongoing projects with utmost quality, timeliness, within budget and within scope. The person we are looking for should have a decent technical background + required knowledge of working with IT related projects and should know the general project management flow involved in handling web development and IT projects.
Details requirements and specifications are as under:
The person we are looking for should have the following qualities / skills
- Should have excellent communication skills with absolutely zero grammatical mistakes in both written and verbal text.
- Should have good experience dealing with clients, understanding their requirements, discussing business logic and getting things done and updating the customer back.
- Should be capabale of handling project documentations, statistics reports, summary reports and deadline sheets etc. (Basic project management skills).
- Should have solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Proven working experience is required in project management in the information technology sector
- Should be well versed in basic business communication tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Other project management tools.
- Should be able to handle and manage multiple resources working on a single project, supervise and handle deadlines, project requirements and communicate with the client of the same.
- Should be able to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Should be able to develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Should be able to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique.
- Should be able to deal with the sales aspect for clients as well. That is: communicate with the resources once a client sends certain requirements and then after thorough investigation, communicate back with the client on an ETA / Timeframe and cost.
