Our software firm is looking for an experienced online sales bidder to join us immediately on short notice and a full time basis. Person we need should be fully capable of assisting and working for the BD / Sales department and should have experience in bidding on freelancing platforms to meet the requirements below:
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online freelancing platforms (e.g upwork, guru, freelancer.com etc)
- Strong knowledge of Online Web Services (Website Development, Graphics Designing, Mobile APP Development, UI/UX Design etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good Confidence & ability to achieve sales target.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Team Player.
Job Description:
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.
- Bring leads and hunt new projects.
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
- Undertake desk-based research to support the Senior Managers in identifying new lead opportunities.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
- Develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of others company product.
- Apply Company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign-off.
- To achieve monthly targets as per plan
- To provide support to Pillar head and other staff where required
- Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email
