We are loocking for Sales & Marketing Executive for our Real Estate Ofiice with the following JD:
• Execute and manage real estate sales operations, responsible for selling real estate units • Identify performance measures and assess and recommend changes• Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales• Supervise General Administration of Real Estate Sales department• Develop training plans for sales team and, and maintain developing them continuously to improve sales• Manage marketing plans to implementing sales• Set budgets, and manages the budgets of the departments• Focus on building sales team, and to identify shortcomings, and permanent development of sales operations
Salary + Commission will be offered.
