Sr. Business Development Manager for newly built projects and plots across Super Highway, Malir, Scheme 33 and nearby areas. You will be leading a team of 7-8 Business Development Associates.
**Note**: RealEstate background NOT REQUIRED. Must have extensive Sales team management skills.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with Business Development Associates to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute through their teams
Responsibilities
- Build & manage sales pipelines for the month
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Great at managing a hybrid tele-sales /on-ground teams
- Be the beacon of knowledge & trainings for their newly recruited teams
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior sales management experience in a target driven organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented with strong grip on numbers
- Aware of Karachi geography especially Malir District
- Senior level FMCG candidates will be preferred
- Candidates with some level of RealEstate experience will be preffered
Salary Structure
- Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 150,000 (depending upon experience)
- Excellent commission structure based on sale of units by your team
- Medical & Fuel allowance
