Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our housing offerings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the housing society.
  3. Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  4. Sales Presentations:

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential buyers.
    • Highlight the unique selling points and value propositions of the housing society.
  5. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure successful sales.
    • Close deals and finalize sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
  6. Market Analysis:

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Analyze market conditions to adjust sales strategies and pricing.
  7. Collaboration with Marketing:

    • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
    • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing materials and strategies.
  8. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
    • Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
  9. Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.
    • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.
  10. Continuous Learning:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and sales techniques.
    • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
