As a Business Development Officer, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

(a)-. Daily Meeting regarding assigned tasks

(b) – Communication with Clients

(c) – Data maintaining

(d) – Progress report

(e) – Public Dealing in office

(f) – Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

(g) – Schedule appointments and meetings

(h) – Answer Questions from clients

(i) – Make product knowledge readily available to self and clients

(j) – Find ways to sell products

(k) – Researches client based to find new types of customer and sells to them accordingly

(l) – Creates a plan for gaining customers

(m) – Analyzes and create a plan for engaging the target market

(n) – Analyzes the competition

(o) – Maintain Social Media presence of Projects

(p) – Meet and Exceed Sale targets

(q) – Participate in Sales campaigns, promotions, events, expos and Project launches
