The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will responsible for Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages,
Pick up and deliver the mail, Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence,
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls, Make preparations for necessary meetings, Respond to general inquiries,
Provide word-processing and secretarial support, Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system,
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible, Update employee attendance and visitors’ records,
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment, Perform light maintenance on equipment,
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment, Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies,
Monitor stock and restock office machines, stationery and grocery items,
Perform data entry and filing activities, Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis, Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment,
Order supplies and equipment when required, Prepare expense summary, To maintain up to date staff leave records and prepare accurate periodic leave reports after reconciliation with attendance register and other records.
Maintenance of Medical claims, Leaves records, Insurance and Time Sheet of staff on prescribed manner.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating, faxing etc.
