Should work on all Accounting and Finance operations including Payroll, Invoicing, Receivable and Payable Management, Petty Cash, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.Should have experience in day to day accounting operations with strong knowledge on GST, Income Tax, PF, Gratuity & banking operations.Prepare financial analysis, KPIs and cost reports as required.Research technical accounting issues for compliance Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including Month and Year end process, Accounts payable / receivable, Cash receipts, General ledger.Responsible for timely monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow report Cash flow forecasting, budgeting Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances Direct internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls. Coordinate preparation for external audits and external financial reporting.Preparation and filing of returns for sales tax, Income tax, Excise and other forms of taxes and charges.Should have experience in using accounting software and MS Excel.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets / Annual operating plan Expert knowledge on annual accounting audit and income tax return filing with related compliance`sShould run financial reports with the Director.Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation Should be proactive.
