Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical line diagrams, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD software.
- Develop precise Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and accurate financial quotations based on detailed engineering specifications.
- Perform accurate on-site physical measurements and structural site evaluations to support layout planning.
- Complete technical space mapping to ensure design compliance and efficient use of site areas.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drafting reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Apply strong calculation skills to ensure accuracy in engineering layout and technical drafting tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather specifications and clarify design requirements.
- Review and verify measurements and drawings to maintain quality and minimize errors.
- Ensure all drafting work adheres to industry standards, company protocols, and project timelines.
- Support project estimation efforts by providing detailed technical data and financial inputs.
