We are expanding our operations by looking for successful, goal-oriented, experienced Senior Level Head Hunters with a proven track record and a great command of the English language. You will be speaking with immensely capable people and will be expected to hold conversations as well as promote our Executive team.
You are somebody who has experience in senior level recruitment, particularly placing board level candidates into organisations. Using all your know-how, you will engage with and support business’, providing recommendations and solutions to their problems, building a relationship with them to attract their business in terms of taking on temporary, interim or part-time candidates.
This role requires excellent verbal skills, immense selling expertise, effective communication and influence, being able to exercise and articulate sound judgement, utilizing your experience to meet and exceed business requirements and expectations.
