We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably within the textile industry, focusing on white-collar recruitment. The successful candidate will have a graduation degree or higher and demonstrate strong communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site position at Combined Fabrics LTD, located near Ferozepur Road, Lahore. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support the company’s hiring needs and contribute to building a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles.
- Shortlist candidate profiles in line with job specifications and organizational requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and regularly update the candidate database to support reporting and future hiring efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation or higher degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience in a reputable organization, with specific exposure to white-collar recruitment in the textile sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
