Hours: 5pm-3am
What you'll bring:
- 1+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of full lifecycle Recruiting, Sourcing, Training, Onboarding
- This person will carry out full lifecycle Recruiting, establish relationships with colleges for prospective talent, create candidate pipelines, organize trainings to boost employees’ communication abilities and team spirit
- Experience developing a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan
- Has trained hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain employees
- Collaborate with management, generate professional development programs to
- support employees succeed in their respective roles and beyond
- Manage Recruitments from intake meeting to offer, then will assist with onboarding
- Experienced Microsoft Office
- Empathy
- Passionate about non-profit or workplaces that strive
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to communicate HR matters to employees effectively
