Responsibilities:
Greeting & welcoming customers
Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
Undertaking administrative & operational tasks Acting as a central manager for the branch of the company
Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appoitments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
Supervise and monitor the admin and genatorial staff
Usual Timings:10am-9pm
Ramzan Timings:(9am-5pm)
